Component Summary Reference #

Multiple Assignees

Configure a limit for the number of assignees per work order, ranging from 1 to 20, with a default of 20. When you reach the limit, the option to add assignees is disabled. A note appears, instructing you to remove an assignee before adding a new one. The POST API returns an error if the limit is exceeded. Set and persist this limit on the Logbook Configuration page.

Multiple Assignees

Improve visibility of work orders assigned to multiple crews. When the Multiple Assignee toggle is on, the Show Lead Only checkbox appears and is selected by default. This checkbox filters requests to display only those assigned to lead assignees or lead crews. Clear the checkbox to show requests assigned to all assignees and crews. The checkbox appears in the Assigned to Me, In My Regions, and My Crews tabs on the My Requests page. Selecting or clearing the checkbox refreshes the page and updates the request list.

Multiple Assignees

Ensure the Advanced Reassign feature works with Multiple Assignee enabled. When you update the assignee using Advanced Reassign, the new assignee becomes the Primary Assignee, and the previous Primary Assignee is removed. If the new assignee is a secondary assignee, they are promoted to primary, preventing duplicate assignee records.

Assets

Access work orders with inactive Request Types without encountering loading issues. Multiple Assignees now load correctly, allowing you to update assignees on work orders even if the Request Type is inactive.
