Projects
The Projects module provides users with the opportunity to group related work orders within a project, manage budgets at a project level, and consolidate estimated and actual costs of work requests. By providing budget variances and a summary of total costs vs. actual costs, management can better assess how projects are progressing and be better equipped to take corrective action. The consolidated, simple, and easy to understand view of the Projects module is a must for users who are managing multiple related work requests or who want to take advantage of budgeting processes.
Module features include.
In order for a user to access and view the Project module a user must have access to the Project security rights. Only a System Administrator can grant security rights. Contact the on-site System Administrator if additional Project rights are needed.
