Logbook
Logbook is one of the primary modules within the product suite. Logbook allows for the creation, viewing and editing of requests. Properties, spaces, users, assets, surveys, scheduled events and inspections are just some of the key components that can be tied to requests created in Logbook. The specific components of Logbook will vary based on user security but the basic components for a user with full access privileges include:

Logbook has the capability to set up an approval process for work orders that require electronic approval before work can begin. System administrators must set up service request statuses to automate this process.
