Procedure Details
The Procedure Details page displays information about a procedure and allows you to view and add more detailed information. The page opens when:
- You create a new procedure on the Create Procedure page and click the OK button.
- You perform a search on the Find Procedure page and then click the procedure name link.
General Information
The General Information pane contains a non-editable list of all of the parameters that were defined when the procedure was created. The following information is displayed:

Procedure ID – the unique identifier of the procedure assigned when the procedure was created

Procedure Name – the name of the procedure

Asset Class – the name of any asset class associated with the procedure

Property/Region – the name of any property or region associated with the procedure; if these fields are empty, the procedure is considered to be a global procedure

Procedure Owner – the name of the person responsible for the procedure content

External Procedure ID – a cross-reference for this procedure to an external system

Priority – the importance of the procedure
-
Recurrence Pattern/Frequency – used to describe how often the procedure is usually utilized for planned/preventative maintenance

Procedure Type – value used to group procedures

Est. Labor Hours – estimate of how long the procedure takes

File – a link to an external files attached to the procedure
-
Created By/Create Date – the name of the user and the date/time the procedure was created

Updated By/Update Date – the name of the user and the date/time the procedure was last updated
At the top of the pane are links to the following functions:

Print Procedure – Clicking this link allows you to print a copy of the procedure. When you click this link, a dialog box opens allowing you to define your print parameters.

Edit Procedure – Clicking this link allows you to edit procedure information, create a copy of a procedure, or delete a procedure. For more information, see Edit Procedure.
Procedure Text
The Procedure Text pane contains the text of the procedure. If the procedure is particularly long, you may need to scroll down to view the entire procedure.
Where Used?
The Where Used? pane identifies all entities that a procedure is associated with, providing visibility into where the specified procedure is used throughout the system. However, it is important to note that procedures listed as tasks on schedules are not included in this section.
The pane lists the following information:

Schedules: Each schedule that the procedure is directly attached to is listed. Clicking the schedule Name opens the Schedule Details page. If the schedule has an asset associated with it, a link to the Asset Number is also displayed. Clicking this link opens the Asset Details page. Note that if a procedure is used as a task within a schedule, it will not be listed in the Where Used? section.

Inspection Classes and Types: The inspection class and type that the procedure is associated with are listed. This association is made on the Create Procedure page.

Request Types and SubTypes: Each request type/subType that the procedure is associated with is listed. Procedures are associated with request types/subTypes by the system administrator. If a procedure is associated with a request type/subType, a copy of the procedure is attached whenever a work request of the specified type/subType is created.
