Password Reset

I have forgotten my password. What do I do now?

Once a password is forgotten it cannot be recovered. Since user passwords are encrypted, a forgotten password must be reset. Only a system administrator can reset a password. Contact your on-site system administrator to request a password reset. 

A system administrator can reset a password by following these steps:

1. Access the Administration module.
2. Select Edit a User.
3. Enter the user's name.
4. Select Find.
5. Enter New Password.
6. Enter Verify New Password.
7. Select OK.
