Create custom workbenches with personalized search filters for easy access and management in the Workbench Creator feature.

Key features

• Create Custom Workbenches: Perform a search, save the results with a chosen name, and access these saved searches later for updated results.

• Save and Access Searches: Use the Save Search toolbar action to enter a title for your results. Saved searches appear in the menu. You can refresh them anytime.

• Automatic Filter Retention: The app saves the initial search filters automatically, so you don't need to re-enter them.

 

Access saved searches from both the main menu and the Dashboard, allowing quick retrieval and management of your custom workbenches.

Standard workbenches include:

• My Assigned Requests: displays requests assigned to you. Click Refresh to update the list.
  

• Requests Created By Me: displays all requests you have created, regardless of assignment. Click Refresh to update the list.
