FAMIS 360 Maintenance App Administrator Portal

FAMIS 360 Maintenance includes a new administrator portal that enhances visibility and provides first-level support tools. In the portal, you can:

• View user access details, including login times and device types.

• Disable mobile app access for users with valid accounts.

• Access user data, including security permissions from FAMIS 360.

• Manage and delete user-applied filters on workbenches.

• Cancel active labor timers to allow new requests.

• Review workbench and search result collections for each user.

• Check submission history and login activity for the past 7 days.

To access the portal, visit https://portal.apptree.io. If you're an existing FAMIS 360 mobile customer, you receive an invitation to register for an administrator account. Complete your registration to link your FAMIS 360 Maintenance mobile environments to your administrator account.
