Edit Event
Editing an Event allows you to modify the event information entered when the event was crated. You can access the Edit Event page through the Event Details page.
To edit an event:

On the Event Details page, click the Edit this Event link.

Modify the event General Information.

In the Location field, modify the information about the place where the event will take place.

Modify the values in the Event Date and Time fields to indicate when the event will take place.
The system will default to the current date and time. To enter a different value, you can enter the date or click the calendar icon to choose the date.

In the External Incident ID field, modify the external event ID, for example, a reservation number.

Modify the values in the Event End Date and Time fields to record when the event will end.

To indicate a vendor involved in the event, choose the Company Doing Work by clicking the Select link.

In the Asset field, specify any asset that was involved in the event. You can click the Select link to select a value from a list of available assets.

In the Confidential field, select Yes to mark the event as confidential.
Marking an event as confidential prevents unauthorized users from viewing the event. Your security rights determine if you can view confidential events.

Modify the Event Summary information.
- In the large Event Objective field, modify the description of the objectives of the event.
- In the large Event Results field, modify the displayed event results.

Modify the Event Hosted By information.
- In the First Name field, modify the first name of the person hosting the event.
- In the Last Name field, modify the last name of the person hosting the event.
- In the Company/Department field, modify the name of the company or department of the person hosting the event.
- In the Occupation field, modify the occupation of the person hosting the event.
- In the Phone field, modify the phone number of the person hosting the event.
- In the Fax field, modify the fax number of the person hosting the event.

Modify the Event Entered By information.
- In the First Name field, modify the first name of the person entering the event.
- In the Last Name field, modify the last name of the person entering the event.
- In the Company/Department field, modify the name of the company or department of the person entering the event.
- In the Email Address field, modify the email address of the person entering the event.
- In the Phone field, modify the phone number of the person entering the event.
- In the Fax field, modify the fax number of the person entering the event.

Modify the All Events information.
- In the Next Meeting Date field, select a new next meeting date for a recurring event.
- In the Additional Comments field, modify the comments about the next upcoming event.
- In the Agenda field, modify the information about the agenda items for the next upcoming event.

Click UPDATE.
