Logbook Dashboard – Quick Report
Logbook Quick Reports provides a summary of key statistics related to work order completion.
Specify any of the following criteria to filter the information displayed and then click FIND.
- Region – Select a value to only include data for a particular region.
- Property – Click the Select link to only include data for a particular property.
- Activity – Select a value to only include data for work types/subTypes within a particular activity group.
- Date Range – Enter two date values to only include data for work orders within the specified date range.
The default sort order for quick reports is by Request ID number in ascending order.
The following reports are available, depending on your system configuration:
- Operations Summary By Region – This report displays user work order statistics by category. Operation Summary by Region divides categories into two groups; Service Groups and Service Types. Service Groups are typically seen as Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Repairs and Maintenance (R&M). Each category is then divided into subTypes (for example, HVAC, Plumbing) allowing a user to view statistics based on work orders open/completed, percentage complete, work orders per square foot, work orders per property, total work orders completed, completion ratio, total labor hours, labor hours per work order, labor hours per square foot.
- Operations Summary By Service Group – This report displays user statistics by Service Group. Service Groups are typically divided in two groups: Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Repairs and Maintenance (R&M).
- SLA Performance by Region – This report displays a summary of SLA Response and Completion Metrics by Region and Priority. For more information about Service Level Agreements (SLA), see SLA Overview.
- Survey Summary Report – This report displays user information about the count of survey responses, count of survey responses below benchmark, percentage of survey responses below benchmark, and the average survey score. This report may be used when statistics about survey performance are needed for audit purposes.
- Employee Performance by Service Group – This report displays a summary of employee performance, including the number of work orders opened and completed, and SLA statistics broken down by service group
- Origination Group Summary – This report displays the total Work Orders created during the requested time period and year to date by origination group. This report includes work orders that have statuses flagged as closed and Entered in Error. Keep this in mind when running comparisons to other reports which often exclude entered in error work requests. The Excel version of the Origination Group Summary report will display values related to the chosen period and year to date. It should be noted that the "Year-to-Date" range will be based on the calendar year of the date the report is run and not the last date of the chosen reporting period.
