Inspection Dashboard Report

The Inspection Dashboard displays a series of graphs associated with Inspection statistics. 

Specify any of the following criteria to filter the information displayed and then click FIND.

• Region – Select a value to only include data for a particular region.
• Property – Click the Select link to only include data for a particular property.
• Inspection Class – Select a value to only include data for a particular inspection class.
• Date Range – Enter two date values to only include data for inspections that have occurred within the specified date range.

Inspection Score by Month

This pane displays a graph showing the average inspection score by month for the specified period.  The percentage scores are based on the benchmarks established for the inspection class which are set up on the Inspection Classes and Types page.

Inspection Area by Month

This pane displays data indicating the average inspection score per area type as compared to the benchmark by month for the specified period. The benchmark scores are based on the benchmarks set for a specific area type (for example, office suites, or restrooms), and often aggregate data from several classes of inspections. These benchmarks are established on the Inspection Area Types page.

Inspection Area Benchmark by Month

This pane displays a graph showing the average inspection score for a selected area type as compared to the benchmark by month for the specified period. You can change which area type you want to examine by selecting a value in the Area Type field.

Area Type names that include ampersand characters ( & ) do not display properly.
