Vendor Company-Property Details
The Vendor Company-Property Details page can store property-specific company information for vendors.
Note:
This page was initially used to associate a certificate of insurance (COI) with a company. However, new functionality has been added to the system and now, Creating a Company Document and using the expiration date functionality is the preferred method of tracking COIs.
The following legacy information may be stored on the Vendor Company-Property Details page:
- Certificate of Insurance – Yes if COI information is stored on this page, followed by an expiration date and a description.
- Other Rules – Yes if vendor-specific rules apply, followed by a description of the rule (for example, "must be a licensed electrician").
- Contact Information - The first name, last name, phone number, and vehicle license plate number of the individual from this vendor that arrives on site to perform work.
- Visitor Type- The default visitor type to assign to visitors from this company through the Visitor module.
The information on this page is used to populate the Company Insurance Report by Property report.
