Asset Viewer
The Asset Viewer allows users to search for assets using criteria and to view search results. While the Find Asset page allows you to search by a wider range of criteria, the Asset Viewer page provides the Quantity and Images columns in the search results. The Quantity column displays the number of similar assets. The Image column provides a link to a document associated with the asset, potentially an image of the asset or an operations manual.
To open the Asset Viewer:
- Access the Asset module by clicking the Asset link at the top of the page
-
Select the Asset Viewer tab.
The Asset Viewer page opens.
