Asset
The Asset module allows you to manage information associated with assets in use at your installation. Asset location, cost, work history, warranties, service contracts, documents, and other information related to assets can be tracked. Assets can be organized into asset groups and asset classes, and custom fields can be associated with these asset classes so that additional information, specific to certain types of assets, can be maintained. Procedures and/or a library of best practices can also be associated with an asset classes.
The Asset module also includes a wide variety of reports, allowing you to manage asset inventory, monitor scheduled and corrective work performed on assets, and assist with the capital budgeting process by calculating expected replacement costs and depreciated values for assets.
