Property Subtenants

The Property SubTenants page allows you to associate a subTenant to a prime tenant, allowing the prime tenant to authorize visitors into a subTenant space.

To add a property subtenant:

1. Open the Administration Menu page.

2. Under the VISITOR ADMIN heading, click Property Subtenants.

3. Click the Select Property button to select the property where subTenants will be created.

   Information about the property appears in the gray pane at the top of the page.

4. In the Select a Company pane, in the Company field, select the company that is the primary tenant.
5. In the Add SubTenant pane, in the Company field, select the subTenant company who is subletting space.

6. Click ADD.

   The subTenant is added to the list at the bottom of the page. Click the DELETE button to delete a subTenant.
