Company Contractor IDs

Company Contractor IDs can be used to interface with an external work order system. The company contractor ID can be an identification number issued by a contractor or service provider to identify the company performing the work on a work request.

To open the Company Contractor IDs page:

  1. Open the Administration Menu page.

  2. Under the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION heading, click Company Contractor IDs.

To add a company contractor ID:

  1. Click SELECT COMPANY.

    A dialog box opens allowing you to select a company. Once selected, information about the company is displayed at the top of the page.

  2. In the External Company Contractor ID field, enter the company ID for the external system.

  3. Click ADD.

    The new external contractor is displayed in a list at the bottom of the page. You can add multiple external contractor IDs, if needed.

To delete a company contractor ID:

  1. Click SELECT COMPANY.

    A dialog box opens allowing you to select a company. Once selected, information about the company is displayed at the top of the page. A list of the existing external contractor IDs is displayed at the bottom of the page.

  2. In the Current External Contractor IDs pane, click the DELETE button to the left of the external contractor ID you want to delete.

    A dialog box opens asking you to confirm your choice.

  3. Click OK.
