Lease Status
Lease status values are provide information about the current status of the lease that is in place in the space or subSpace.
Note:
This feature is not currently implemented and will be more fully defined in a future release.
To open the Lease Status page:

Open the Administration Menu page.

Under the SPACE ADMIN heading, click Lease Status.
The Admin – Lease Status page opens. All defined lease status values are displayed, listed in order of Tab Order first, then chronologically by Last Update date.
Creating a lease status value allows you to define lease status values. To create a lease status value:

Click the Add New link.
The Add Lease Status dialog box opens, allowing you to define the new value.

In the Name field, enter the lease status value name.

In the Description field, enter a description of the lease status value.
This field can be used to provide more information about the lease status value. This value can be up to 1000 characters long. As you type, the character count updates indicating the number of additional characters that can be entered.

In the Tab Order field, enter a numeric value.
The Tab Order indicates the position, in menus, where this value will be listed. Lower numbered values are displayed toward the top of the list. Values will the same tab order will be sorted alphabetically.

In the Active field, select Yes to make this functional status value active.
Inactive values remain in the system, but are not displayed to users.

Click OK.
The lease status value is added to the list. The name of the user who added the lease status value and the date and time it was added are displayed in the Last Updated column.
Lease status values can be modified. For example, if you want to change the value users see, you can modify the name. To edit a lease status value:

Click the Edit link to the right of the lease status value you want to edit.

Modify any of the following values:
- Name – the value that users see
- Description – information about the lease status value
- Tab Order – the position in which the lease status value will be displayed in drop-down menus
- Active – Yes indicates that the functional status value is active (displayed to the user)

Click OK.
The modified lease status parameters, including the name of the user who edited them and the date and time when they were edited, are displayed.
Lease status values that have not been used can be deleted from the system.
If a lease status value has been used but is no longer needed, you can edit it and make it inactive to prevent it from being displayed to the user.
To delete a lease status value:

Click the Delete link to the right of the lease status value you want to delete.
A dialog box opens asking you to confirm your choice.
