Conditions
Conditions are used to describe the physical state of an inventory item, for example, Good, Poor, or Needs Replacement. These values populate the Condition drop-down menu on the Inventory module's Create Inventory and Material Item Details pages.
To open the Conditions page:

Open the Administration Menu page.

Under the INVENTORY ADMIN heading, click Conditions.
To add a condition:

In the Add Condition field, enter the name of the condition.
This is the value that will be displayed to users.
Condition names can be up to 50 characters long.
Condition names must be unique. If you attempt to add a condition that already exists, an error message will appear. The system does not consider condition names that are differentiated only by character case or spaces to be unique. For example, if you create a condition named "Very Good", creating a condition named "veryGood" or " Very Good " is not allowed.

Click ADD.
A dialog box opens asking you to confirm your choice.

Click OK.
Once you have created a condition, you can further define it or edit it. To edit a condition:

In the Condition field, select the condition to edit.

To change the name of the condition, enter a value in the Rename field.

All historical information will reflect the new value.

To change the Tab Order, enter a numeric value.
The Tab Order indicates the position, in menus, where this value will be listed. Lower numbered values are displayed toward the top of the list. Values will the same tab order will be sorted alphabetically.

Click UPDATE.
Conditions that have not been used can be deleted from the system. To delete a condition:

In the Condition field, select the value to delete.

Click DELETE.
A dialog box opens asking you to confirm your choice.

Click OK.
