Bulk Tool Installation

Bulk Upload Tools allow users to make many data changes at one time and upload them to the system. The Admin – Bulk Tool/Installation Relationships page is a hidden administration page that allows super administrators to configure which bulk upload tools are available within the system. Bulk upload tools that are added to this page will become available in the drop-down menu when configuring user access on the Bulk Tool User Relationships page.

To add a bulk upload tool:

1. In the Bulk Tool field, select the bulk upload tool you want to grant access to.

2. Click Add.

   The bulk upload tool is added to the list. For each tool added, the following information is displayed:

   • Tool Name – the name of the bulk upload tool

   • Tool Description – an explanation of the bulk upload tool's function

   • Delete Install Access? – click Delete to revoke access to this bulk upload tool
